Standard Cancellation Windows
Refunds are calculated based on the timestamp of your formal cancellation email relative to your scheduled check-in.
15+ Days Notice
Full refund of your deposit, minus a 10% administrative and bank transaction fee. Requests are processed within 7 business days.
7 to 14 Days Notice
A penalty of 50% of the deposit applies. The remaining balance can be refunded (less bank fees) or held as a credit for 6 months.
Within 7 Days / No Show
Reservations cancelled within this window are non-refundable. "No Shows" result in the room being released at 11:00 PM on arrival day.

In the unlikely event we must cancel your stay (maintenance or technical error), we will:
• Provide a 100% immediate refund.
• Arrange an equivalent sanctuary in a partner hotel.
• Cover any rate difference for your first night.

Force Majeure & Nature
If access to Aguas Calientes is blocked by strikes or natural events:
• We issue a Full Credit Voucher valid for 12 months.
• Refunds are subject only to a 5% bank fee with proof of transport cancellation.

Early Check-out
Deciding to shorten your journey after check-in does not qualify for a refund of remaining nights. We will provide documentation for your insurance provider to claim the loss.
Travel Protection
We highly recommend comprehensive travel insurance. Tikary House cannot be held liable for personal emergencies or flight delays occurring within the 15-day non-refundable window.
